カーライル・ジャパンにて、オンライン研修を2回にわたりお届けしてまいりました。LGBT+の問題、LGBT+コミュニティが直面している職場の課題、LGBT+の従業員を含むすべての従業員が快適な職場環境を確立する方法について取り上げました。
参加された皆さまは、業務上の視点と身近な自分事としての視点から熱心にお話を聞いてくださり、グループワークではそれぞれの考えを発表していただき、共有しました。

Last month, we hosted two online education sessions for Carlyle Japan, which covered LGBT+ issues, workplace challenges facing the LGBT+ community, and how to establish a comfortable working environment for all employees including those who identify as LGBT+.
All participants were interested in learning more about LBGT+ from a business and personal level. They were engaged in the discussion, during which they also shared their thoughts and reflections.
We are glad that the Carlyle Japan team finds these education sessions helpful.
